COMPANY HISTORY
Farren Engineering, Inc.
is an electrical engineering firm, started in May 1999 by Jon P. Farren. We
provide electrical drawings and specifications, along with other construction
contract documents, for commercial, industrial and residential construction
projects. We also provide construction phase services such as submittal review
and construction observations.
We understand the unique
environment of commercial buildings and industrial facilities and their need to
accommodate change and renovation. We are also familiar with their high profile
nature and their tendency to be critiqued by many people. Our services are
tailored to complement their evolving use, the public environment and the
durable nature of their construction.
We are also familiar with
the construction of residential buildings and their need for economical
construction materials. We have developed suitable equipment schedules and
specifications for these types of projects. Construction cost evaluation is a welcome
effort between the contractors and us.
Our mission is to provide
the highest quality electrical construction documents and provide the most effective professional services. We are proud of
our dedication to meeting demanding schedules and our ability to adapt. We
provide flexible working hours for employees to allow for better coordination
with individual clients and project schedules.
We are familiar with
energy code compliance forms and have experience with the following energy
codes: California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
